Who wouldn't want a joy-filled marriage?! And, even better: be in a community filled with joy-filled marriages?!
Following The Rule that JPII wrote for married couples, this Community Gathering once a month serves as a way to come together with a larger community, a family of families, and join together for prayer, fellowship, and friendship.
The schedule is as follows:
Mass at St. Mark's 8-8:30 AM (optional)
Gather and open in prayer 8:45 AM
Potluck breakfast and fellowship 9-9:30 AM
Talk from Priest 9:30-9:45 AM
Adult Discussion and Kid Crafts 9:45-10:15 AM
Divine Mercy Chaplet, Anniversary Marriage Blessing and closing prayer 10:15-10:45 AM
Clean up 10:45
Our third date will be Saturday, October 26th from 8:45-10:45 AM. The talk will be on JPII's Letter To Families. It is open to anyone and everyone, but the discussion will be centered around marriage and family life! Father Patrick presenting!
We are a family of families, so bring the whole family! Childcare will be provided during the talk and adult discussion so that adults can enter fully into that time together.
